Arriviamo per caso a Signa dalla Sardegna per lavoro, e siamo incappati in questo locale nato per essere una Gastronomia "con la G maiuscola", gestito a livello familiare, dove i genitori si occupano della cucina, e i figli si occupano della sala in una maniera magistrale.
